    The phone was answered by someone else, took a couple min to get her to the phone, television or something in the background made it difficult to hear her or understand her. Starting the reading by telling me who I am.. which i know.. asked 1 question and she asks me the same question back. Not good at all and very disappointed. Time ticking while she sorts out the Tv
