One sign you’re having an awakening: Your job which you are not satisfied with but it bring in a lot of money, however now money and greediness is bothering you. So you start to analyze yourself, people who are selfish are now annoying you, and the materialistic nature of yourself, your house, and your desires are now conflicting you because you feel like none of this matters anymore.

Second sign is social and political issues are now disturbing you. You used to get up in the morning and while sipping your coffee you would watch the news but now you cannot watch it as much anymore because it makes you sick. You start to question the world, and you feel something isn’t right. You are starting to realize you should get involved in something, whether is be a petition, or protest but you want to do something now.
