Most people view Karma as a negative force there to punish you for your wrongs. However, Karma is actually a cosmic law expressing that the words, actions, and energies we put into the world are destined to return to us. Having good or bad karma isn’t really accurate. While karma can be positive or negative, it can be thought of more as a manifestation of the choices you make in your daily life. Just as asking for forgiveness frees up karma, so does bestowing forgiveness on others. The emotions you feel when you have been wronged our hurt can actually weigh down your karma. Be proactive, practice forgiveness, even if it hasn’t been asked of you.

Random Acts of Kindness

Doing good deeds without seeking anything in return is a great way to clear your karma. Have no expectations, just spread kindness, and remember actions can create a ripple effect. It doesn’t matter the size of your deed only that your heart is in the right place. Do for others from a place of humility without expecting anything in return.
