While similar to a Curse a hex is also a sort of energetic parasite. However unlike a curse a hex is a spell that was intentionally cast on someone, with malevolent intent. While not every spell or hex is successful if you happen to be susceptible due to lowered personal protection or energy fields you may find yourself burdened with a very nasty hex to cure. Just like other parasites hexes are removable. If you have not had any success removing the hex on your own then one of these tried and true ways to remove a hex.

 Selenite and White Sage

Sage is known for its cleansing and purification properties so it is a perfect replacement for your usual incense. Light a sage bundle and let the smoke plume around you cleansing your aura while you sweep your energy field with a selenite wand. Move the wand down and out from yourself about 8 inches from your skin. After you have swept your energy field with the wand then follow the same motions with the sage bundle. Essentially you will be smudging yourself after sweeping your energy field.

Saltwater

Fill a tub with hot water, be careful it is not to hot so you do not burn yourself, and have water nearby to keep yourself hydrated. Add a cup each of Epsom salt and sea salt, and a quarter cup of baking soda stir the water to dissolve it. You can also add a few drops of lemon or lavender oil to the water to help sooth you while you soak. After the tub is full and the salts dissolved invoke your deity. Thank them for filling the water with healing, purification, and love. Then get into the tub and visualize yourself surrounded in a cleansing bright white purifying light. Try to remain in the bath for at least a half hour to an hour.

Rose Essence

If neither of the above cures have worked for you, you can step up the saltwater cure with rose and rose essence. Roses are believed to have the most positive vibration of any living thing. Because of this they are extremely purifying and healing. After saging and salting yourself draw a warm bath adding a fourth a cup of rose water and the petals from a dozen white roses to it. Soak again for at least 45 minutes. After your bath dry off and place four drops of rose flower essence (not oil, oil is not safe to take internally.) You will not need to repeat the bath however you should put the four drops of oil under your tongue before bed every night for a full lunar cycle.

Try to stay calm and work on your shielding and meditation, this too shall pass.
