How long have you been aware of your abilities, and how have you developed them?
Since age 27....25 years. I started meditating and juice fasting 25 years ago. Profound healing experiences led me to pursue yoga and meditation in India. Running my own real estate business, parenting, and reflective time in my art studio gave me the skills in life coaching.
