Not calling again, 1st call was great, when I called back she didn't even remember me or my situation, I had to repeat everything again. I find that really insulting and I had just called 10 min prior. There was absolutely no empathy or compassion on this call, no detail and she just kept telling me I can't see that. How is that helpful. No connection here.
