I will often do channel writing, sometime even before someone calls in. I can then recognize the energy of the writing when I see or talk to the client. God has blessed many in my family in generations I am a third generation, so I have a deep understanding of the mind, body, spirit connection. Gaining clarity in these areas often leads to healing.
