I talk to J from time to time. Tonight he picked up on my energy and got the nail on the head about how I was feeling about particular situation. Although I didn't come across upset he told me he's never felt my energy be so bothered. I was trying to act like I was okay but he was right! I was fuming probably more than I realized.
