Great call, she said my POI would be putting his house up for sale very soon, like really soon and the new build has been delayed a few months. I drove by his house this morning and a sign was out saying coming soon. I told a friend, who is also his friend and she text him and he said yea, the new place won't be ready until March. Interesting fact, he got married last summer, but the forsale pictures show his clothes in the master bedroom and hers are in one of the upstairs bedrooms.
