I was trying to get the $10.50 deal with this young lady and at the end instead of telling me Ma'am I'll give you your money back. All she kept on telling me I can't hear you, I can't hear you call me back I told her I was on the special. But she did hear me when I told her I was going to give her a bad review. Want the refund this is not the way to keep your customers you should have told me you were going to refund me, but all you told me was to call you back. You never found a solution. So upset!!! I call Psychic.com all the time and I never had this issue.
