Just wouldn't listen, just kept talking, not answering questions, just talked about things i' wasn't interested in. i asked my questions several times, they just wouldn't answer. it was frustrating to listen and just kept repeating the same thing over and over again. horrible, pisses the caller off so easily with this behavour
