I remember being frustrated with my mother between the age 5-6 because to me, she was going too slow to explain something. She wasn’t slow. It was that I knew her thoughts like I could see/hear them before she opened her mouth to speak the next words I’d interrupt her and finish her sentence. It’s the only memory I have retained as a child. I was about 13 riding in the car. The radio wasn’t on. I thought of a song then turned on the radio and it was playing.
