I called and patiently waited for her to start the reading, however my call dropped twice due to signal issue and she was very rude and assumed that I was deliberately hanging up because I was being impatient which was not the case otherwise I try to call back.

In tune! He knew things I did not have to tell him about my POI and not many would have known those things.
