I called 3 wks ago with a specific question and DOUG said I would received an offer within the month, I called 1 week ago to re-verify it was still happening, he said Yes, expect call offer by end of week (Friday). So in the coming days i turned down an offer pending this one on Friday .......Well today is Friday and NO CALL, NO OFFER, made. I reached back out to him & he made up a lie saying their has been a freeze. DOUGLAS prediction was WRONG !! I'm so Disappointed !!!!!!! and when your dealing with the important things in our lives you need an ADVISOR to be FOCUSED ACCURATE, TRUTHFUL, INTEGRAL and forth telling and DOUG WAS NOT,................. I got my hopes up FOR NOTHING!!!!
