This User Consent and Acknowledgment Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into by and between the undersigned user (“User”) and TLOR Holdings LLC (“Company”), operator of the OnlyPhones.com platform.
By signing this Agreement, User acknowledges and agrees to the following:
1. User is at least eighteen (18) years of age and has the legal capacity to enter into this Agreement.
2. User voluntarily registered an account on OnlyPhones.com and affirmatively agreed to the platform’s Terms of Service, User Agreement, Privacy Policy, and all related policies during online registration.
3. User understands that OnlyPhones.com is an adult-oriented platform that facilitates one-on-one phone, messaging, and video-based communications between users and independent content providers.
4. User expressly authorizes TLOR Holdings LLC to process charges to User’s selected payment method for services initiated by User, including per-minute charges, digital content purchases, bonuses, and related fees, in accordance with the posted pricing at the time of purchase.
5. User acknowledges that charges are initiated by User and are one time single purchases.
6. User understands that communications conducted on the platform may be recorded or monitored as disclosed in the Terms of Service, where permitted by law. User further understands and expressly consents that live video sessions are subject to real-time monitoring: trained, authorized staff are able to observe a live video session while it is in progress and to end that session immediately, without notice, where it is or appears to be unlawful or in violation of the Terms of Service or related policies. Monitoring is live observation only; no audio or video of a live video session is recorded or retained.
7. User acknowledges that independent content providers are solely responsible for the content they post, and that TLOR Holdings LLC reviews and moderates content in accordance with its Content Moderation Policy.
8. User agrees that this Agreement may be executed electronically and that an electronic signature constitutes a legally binding signature.
9. User consents to viewing and purchasing photographic and video content made available by independent content providers, and understands that such content may be adult-oriented in nature.
10. User understands and agrees that all photographic and video content offered for sale on the platform is provided by independent content providers who have verified their age and identity and provided a 2257 statement or signed consent confirming that the content is their own, as described in the platform’s Age Verification & KYC Policy and 18 U.S.C. 2257 Statement.
