Called this reader a few times about jobs and finances. I like that his communication is clear and has the vocabulary and frame of reference to look into things clearly and explain things clearly, whereas a lot of readers will simply go off of whether or not the jobs like me, without considering factors like competition from other candidates. A job can like you, but still choose other people who have more experience, more data on their resumes etc
